「問我」、「Ask me！」手舉牌的桃捷親善大使，不管要往哪個方向，桃捷親善大使親切提供第一手轉乘資訊及動線，省去轉車換車，又轉車又換車的疲憊路程，讓剛下飛機的民眾，一秒就上手，轉乘變得更簡單。

7月暑假來臨，桃園機場公司估計每日航廈服務量約為12萬人次，主要以機場旅客為主的桃園捷運公司，首度加入桃園機場公司旅客疏運計畫行列，根據統計，桃園機場捷運營運以來，疏散機場聯外1/4旅客，有2萬5000人選擇改搭乘機場捷運，大幅減輕桃園機場聯外道路的壅塞情形。

桃捷公司董事長劉坤億表示，機捷快速、準點、安全、乾淨、不塞車，除了能提供回國台灣民眾簡便回家的路，也能讓赴台旅遊的外國旅客，更快速便利到達台灣各地。從A1台北車站到A12機場第一航廈站只要35分鐘，票價160元，從A18高鐵桃園站到A13機場第二航廈站只要16分鐘，票價35元。
